In order to achieve these results, the actions and objectives we intend to pursue through the implementation of our Quality System are:
- Pursue Customer satisfaction and obtain its increase: through an always careful analysis and understanding of the Customer's expectations and needs and providing products and services that comply with all contractual requirements (delivery times, characteristics, etc.), through an effective clarity and contractual capacity, as well as the timely management of complaints and the periodic request to the customer for feedback on GIMAR products and services;
- Comply with the obligations and requirements contained in the laws and regulations applicable to the company;
- Improve the technologies and resources available over time, with a view to optimizing time, quality, controls and the reduction and / or reuse of production waste to ensure greater environmental sustainability;
- Create a Quality System that allows you to ensure compliance with the commitments made with a view to optimizing business management;
- Commit to the continuous improvement of the management of the System, processes and its performances, favoring the prevention activities defined following the Risk and Opportunity Assessment, monitoring the data of the indicators periodically and implementing the appropriate improvement actions;
- Constant improvement of the products and services provided through an effective process control activity;
- Guarantee the competence of its suppliers, through the constant qualification and control system, considering them as collaborators of the Company.
